Who We Are
Mpho the Gift foundation is a registered non-profit organisation in possession of a Certificate of Registration number 250-995 NPO from the Department of Social Development (DSD). The organisation was founded to assist families of children born with rare medical conditions. We provide support for mothers and/or caregivers who have children with special needs by raising awareness, giving families access to social and financial support and links to the best specialists and top primary care homes.
We serve a wide range of needs and ensure that families have access to:
Social Support – through parent counselling groups, educational seminars, and awareness drives
Medical Experts – through a vetted and trusted list of professionals such as specialist surgeons, psychologists, pastors, and yoga gurus
Financial Support – through fundraising initiatives, corporate sponsorships, and government programmes
